Paul Northfield
Meet Paul – a qualified social worker, educator, and therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families. Paul has worked across NDIS and disability services, child protection, out-of-home care, family violence support (The Orange Door), schools, hospitals, and mental health services.
At Lightning Minds Therapeutic Services, Paul provides evidence-informed, trauma-aware, and attachment-based therapy in a safe, collaborative, and supportive environment. He has a strong interest in supporting fathers in their parenting journey, strengthening family relationships, and empowering clients to build confidence, emotional regulation, and social skills.
Paul offers flexible support including office appointments, telehealth, and mobile outreach sessions in homes, schools and community settings, helping ensure therapy is accessible and meaningful within the environments where clients live, learn and grow.
